SendBox ("SendBox, Ltd.") is a permission based e-mail service provider specializing in 3rd Party Opt-In Networks. Our clients use our services to send informational, transactional, and promotional e-mail to their customers and prospects.

SendBox is strongly committed to protecting the privacy its user and visitors. IP Addresses

Sendbox’s Anti-Spam Policy

SendBox, Ltd. ("SendBox") is a permission based e-mail service provider. Our clients use our services to send informational, transactional, and promotional e-mail to their customers and prospects.

This anti-spam policy applies to anyone that uses SendBox services. SendBox strictly forbids the use of our service for transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mail. All SendBox users have agreed not to use our service to send unsolicited e-mail.

SendBox does not under any circumstance tolerate the use of spam. For the purpose of this anti-spam policy, "spamming" includes sending bulk e-mail to a recipient who has: (1) not explicitly requested to be included on that list to receive the type of email being sent; or (2) if the recipient has explicitly granted such consent, but has withdrawn that consent by unsubscribing from that list within a reasonable period of time prior to that mailing. "Reasonable period of time" means that period of time required to allow for the list to be updated after a list member unsubscribed. SendBox reserves the right to monitor any and all e-mail campaigns in an effort to prevent any misuse of our services.

Upon receipt of a complaint of spamming against a specific SendBox user, SendBox will thoroughly investigate such complaint. Depending on the results of such investigation, the user’s account may be terminated, disallowing that user any account access. At all times, SendBox customers must fully co-operate with any investigation carried out by, or on behalf of SendBox.

Notwithstanding the above paragraph, SendBox reserves the right to terminate a user’s account for abuse of SendBox service at any time, with or without prior notice.

"Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, the following action by a SendBox customer:

  1. Initiating, procuring, arranging, or facilitating the sending of un-solicited bulk e-mail to promote or advertise either directly or indirectly a web site containing a web panel supplied by SendBox, a web panel utilized to post data to SendBox, or an e-mail address utilized to collect and post data to SendBox.

  2. Improperly collecting e-mail addresses in a manner that is contrary to the definition of single opt-in (“SOI”) as found in the acceptable use policy, including initiating, procuring, arranging, or facilitating the scripting of a web panel or manually subscribing e-mail addresses not in a user’s list database, (through the use of rented, purchased, transferred, or harvested e-mail addresses) in an attempt to: (1) add these e-mail addresses to a user’s data base; or (2) cause the SendBox system to generate subscription verification e-mails, confirmation requests, or list invitations to consumers without their consent, so as to allow for the adding of these e-mail addresses to a user’s list database.

  3. Initiating the transmission of a message with a false or deceptive from address, subject line, message content, or link.

  4. Deliberately conducting a mailing in a manner that violates the publicly posted guidelines of any receiving network to which that mailing is sent.

  5. Facilitating the sending of e-mail that is contrary to any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

  6. Any act that involves directly or indirectly the initiating, procuring, arranging, or facilitating of any activity that may or will result in the sending of un-requested bulk e-mail.

  7. Any use of SendBox services in an improper manner as determined by SendBox in its sole discretion.

If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from SendBox, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.

SendBox Acceptable Use Policy

SendBox, Ltd. ("SendBox") is a permission based e-mail service provider. Our clients subscribe to use our services to send informational, transactional, and promotional e-mail to their customers and prospects.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy"), including the following list of prohibited activities, is an integral part of your Subscriber Agreement with SendBox. If you engage in any of the activities prohibited by this policy, SendBox may suspend or terminate your account.

The purpose of this Policy is to help protect SendBox, its Subscribers, and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by SendBox. SendBox reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting at

Single Opt In

Mailing lists sent by SendBox Subscribers using SendBox’s services must be at least collected and compiled using the Single Opt-In (“SOI”) practices.

For the purpose of SendBox’s terms and conditions, including this acceptable use policy, SOI means an e-mail address collection practice in which a recipient explicitly requests to be included on a list to receive the type of e-mail being sent and an action has been taken to ensure that the request came from a source authorized to provide the e-mail address and that the address is valid. Additionally, clear language or unchecked checkboxes are present at the point of address collection indicating that such form submission represents a request to receive e-mail. Sending to mailing lists or subscribing e-mail addresses to mailing lists without the express and permission of the e-mail address owner is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses of SendBox Systems and Services

  1. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

  2. Sending Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (“UBE”). The sending of any form of UBE through SendBox’s servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertising a website, e-mail address or utilizing any resource hosted on SendBox’s servers is prohibited. Additionally, SendBox accounts or services may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to messages sent from another Internet access provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider.

  3. Sending to mailing lists or subscribing e-mail addresses to mailing lists without the express permission of the e-mail address owner is prohibited.

  4. Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this Policy or the acceptable use policy of any other Internet access provider which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send UBE, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial of service attacks.

  5. Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., “cracking”).

  6. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with the intent to avoid payment.

  7. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information by a SendBox Subscriber by any means or device.

  8. Knowingly engaging in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other user whether on the SendBox network or on another provider’s network.

  9. (i) Failing to provide clear and conspicuous notice of the nature, type and frequency of commercial e-mail the consumer will receive at the point of e-mail collection, while using SendBox’s services; (ii) transferring e-mail addresses to related entities, third party affiliates or unrelated third parties without providing clear and conspicuous notice to the consumer at the point of e-mail collection, while using SendBox’s services; (iii) violating SendBox’s Anti-Spam Policy; (iv) using SendBox’s services to interfere with the use of SendBox’s network by other SendBox Subscribers or authorized users.

  10. Messages do not conform to the regulations set forth in the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003, (“CAN-SPAM”) and any future updates and/or modifications.

Subscriber Responsibility for Its Users

Complaints about users or representatives of a SendBox Subscriber will be forwarded to SendBox’s customer for action.

If violations of this Policy occur, SendBox reserves the right to terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating this Policy as SendBox deems appropriate, without notice.

SendBox Terms & Conditions of Service

This is a legal agreement between you ("The Client") and SendBox, Ltd. ("SendBox"). This agreement concerns your purchase of a service in which SendBox agrees to send your specified email message(s) (i.e. “the service” or “the package”).

Success Rates

Success and Click-Through Rates (CTR) will vary solely on your ad message. The ability to predict the amount of recipients that will open and respond to your ad is simply not possible. The main factor will be your ad message and the quality of your data. SendBox is NOT responsible for the success OR failure of your email marketing campaign.


Due to the nature and electronic data and service SendBox provides. SendBox does not accept cancellations, requests for modifications, or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final. In the event that a customer requests a refund, SendBox has full authority to affirm any refund whatsoever. The responsibility of Email Marketing ends upon the delivery, cancellation, or refusal of your email advertisement.

Use of Information

We reserve the right to host any and all images that might appear in an email ad on one of our servers. Personal information of each lead used in a campaign will NEVER be sold, divulged, or displayed.

Right of Refusal

SendBox reserves the right to refuse any or all service based on our company policy of respectable marketing practices. We will not host or email broadcast for illegal sexual content, illegal pirated software, hate or discrimination message or website of any type.

Campaign Starting Date

The campaign starting date is specified at the time of order. Due to variances in amounts of orders at different times, the starting date may fluctuate. SendBox will not be held responsible if your campaign does not start by a specific date. In no event shall SendBox be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Content Errors or Site Troubleshooting

Email campaign(s) will be delivered using the ad submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted ad or any URLs, images, or files contained in the ad, the Client will not hold SendBox or its Partner/Affiliate websites responsible for the error.

In the event that the Client’s site becomes unavailable for any reason (“server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated or not associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure”), the Client will NOT hold SendBox or its Partner/Affiliate websites responsible for these errors. Any and All campaigns delivered on behalf of the Client, using the Clients ad during this down time will not be credited or refunded.

Anti-Spam Policy

SendBox reserves the right to stop a campaign at any time without refund due to CAN-SPAM Violations. SendBox will not promote spam, scam, hate, warez, hacking or any other site/offer that may be considered offensive. Any attempt to bypass our intended guidelines will result in account cancellation with no recourse for refund.

Spam Reporting

If you unjustifiably complain to SendBox’s upstream providers or any other third party in relation to service that you receive from SendBox then your service may be terminated. SendBox reserves the right to be the sole judge of what is justifiable and what is not.

Legal Use

If our services are used for illegal purposes, then you will be in violation of our Terms & Conditions, and your account will be immediately cancelled.

Changes in Services, Terms and Conditions and Fees

SendBox may modify these Terms and Conditions or service prices and may discontinue or revise any and all other aspects of the service in SendBox’s sole discretion upon thirty (30) days notice. Subscriber shall be deemed to have accepted any such changes or modifications by continuing to use the Service after the end of such thirty days period. A copy of SendBox’s standard Terms and Conditions including any such changes made to such Terms and Conditions from time-to-time is available at or a new address of which SendBox gives subscriber notice. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time after the stated term has ended.

Client understands that SendBox does not guarantee sales or signups and will not issue a refund if none are achieved.


If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
